I’ve always been pretty cautious when it comes to facials because of how gimmicky it has become and most facial places do the same thing over and over with no results. I cannot say the same for HeyDay. What a lovely experience & I LOVE that the facial is catered to YOUR specific skin needs rather than an all encompassing menu that forces you to deal with what you get. I booked my facial with Zara & she was an absolute sweetheart & so helpful in giving me feedback on what tweaks to make to my skincare routine without shoving products or more facials in my face. I will 100% be coming back here and only here — this entire setup and process is completely different than other facial places I’ve experienced in LA! And my skin looks GREAT.

This was my first facial, and honestly one of the most positive customer service experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish. I accidentally booked the wrong day and showed up thinking I had an appointment, but the two people at the front desk were incredibly kind and immediately helped me feel at ease instead of embarrassed. Luckily, a cancellation opened up shortly after and I was able to be seen. Cece took care of me and was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable, made me feel completely comfortable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that felt approachable. I know very little about skincare, and she went above and beyond to help me create a routine that actually feels doable and effective for my skin. After a hard week, this experience was exactly what I needed. It felt genuinely helpful and motivating, and it’s inspired me to prioritize self-care more intentionally. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this experience to others!

My overall experience was really awesome. The front desk crew were warm and kind. The atmosphere was clean and bright and the private rooms were cozy and comfortable. Music was nostalgic, was hard not to sing out loud while getting my facial, But I held back, ha. Liz was super cool, and gentle when it came to any pressure with machines and hands. Chatty just enough, VERY, communicative when it came to letting me know next steps, pressure, texture, smell etc. This made me feel safe and cared for.

I look forward to my appointments at Heyday Silver Lake for the welcoming, knowledgable (and helpful!) front desk staff, the carefully curated product offerings, and most of all, for the facial experience. I've been to half a dozen different estheticians at this location (and the one on Beverly) over the years just due to scheduling, etc. but I finally found Jeni and she's a perfect fit for me. She has extensive knowledge of skin and products, she has a loving touch (but also gets serious in the extractions), and a really lovely personality. In my time with her, she quickly turned around my dry, congested skin and the results are undeniable. I'm really grateful.
